Accountant Receivable Assistant Manager

Control AR balance, clearing payment for Distributor Channel and Intercompany • Follow up overdue debtor for Distributor Channel and Intercompany • Calculate Contractual bonus for distributors based on TTS Framework and claim on Nuti system • Consolidate and book accrual for Contractual bonus • Update cash pledge, bank guarantee information into system • Calculate cash pledge interest for all customers • Make aging, bad debt & aged provision reports • Reconcile Balance sheet: debtors, bank, accruals • Declare and reconcile VAT input from distributors • Support audits in a timely manner and ensures to provide of reliable and accurate information to internal/external auditors. • Liaise with relevant parties for escalated issues related to AR • Perform other ad hoc assignments and tasks when requested by management.

• 03-05 year experiences in account receivable. • Bachelor degree, English working proficiency • Detail, caferful, result -oriented.
