Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Business Development and Sales Manager, to lead our efforts in expanding our ACCA program and corporate training services in Ho Chi Minh City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, expanding market reach, and increasing revenue through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement business development strategies, to increase sales of ACCA programs and corporate training services.
● Identify and engage with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders, to promote and sell academy education services.
● Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
● Coordinate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns.
● Provide market insights and feedback to the management team, to support decision-making and future planning.
● Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.
● Stay updated on industry trends, education regulations, and developments, to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
● Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of training services and customer support.
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications and Skills:
● A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master of Marketing preferred).
● Proven experience (5-7 years working experience) in business development, sales, or related roles within the education industry, preferably with ACCA or other professional training services.
● Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
● Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
● Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
