Business Excellence Leader (Premium Business Development)
Job description
This role is responsible for the management of an organization that operates at the center of the premium customer strategy. This is a newly established organization and is part of the overall LIXIL APAC strategy. The expectations of this role are to understand the broad directions and objectives (biz vision & objectives), but there is an opportunity to work with APAC regional team as a representative of LIXIL Vietnam PCS organization. Practical daily jobs are described as follows; • Sell high-end INAX’s products and GROHE-SPA’s products to individual customers through distributors. • Discover target customers and manage lead generation. • Receive, entertain showroom’s visitors politely and professionally like a hotel’s concierges; guide them to showroom’s tour(s) and introduce/explain about our luxury grade’s products, as well as our company’s operations and history. • Able to view and understand designer’s and/or architect’s drawing when/if needed to advise and recommend appropriate products to use for potential customers. • Support potential customers and customers for any questions and/or concerns in regard to products recommended or sold to them (before & after purchases • Prepare to go outside and visit potential customers’ and/or customers’ premises to support on our products when/if necessary. • Other tasks assigned by manager./p/p
Job requirements
Bachelor degree - Experience with luxury commodity’s sales for above 5 year-experience. - Business English & Sales skills. - Positive thinking, team work experience. - Good at negotiation and coordination skills./p/p
