Chief Accountant

Cubes Asia is looking for a young and dynamic manager of the accounting team that can take general responsibility, organize and operate the accounting system, ensure general accounting activities are done smoothly and in accordance with Vietnamese accounting standards, regulations of the Ministry of Finance. - Lead the accounting team and take responsibility for all tax reports. - Manage day to day accounting & finance; ensure all transactions recorded accurately & timely - Structure the accounting to allow clear and easy reporting of all cost centers - Observe all operations incl. Hanoi - Review internal processes and improve them / re-write internal policies where deemed necessary - Manage customer payments due and overdue in coordination with sales department - Coordinate with external Auditors for yearly audit - Manage FAST accounting software and ensure smooth integration of POS - Initiate and control regular stock checks for all warehouses - Prepare monthly/ quarter/ yearly report to Foreign Managing Director - Liaise with outside parties on relevant matters. - Other tasks assigned by GOM.
