Chief Accountant

Accounting: - Direct and monitor all accounting activities to ensure that the company’s financial resources are managed in accordance with Vietnam Accounting Standard and comply with all relevant laws - Control all tax declarations, other required reports are submitted accurately and on time. - Supervise the Accounting Team to co-ordinate with other teams to build payment documents and collecting payment from Clients on time. - Perform analysis of financial reports and management reports monthly and annually. - More details will be discussed when interview. Human resource: - Procedure for foreigner staffs: Responsible for visa, work permit and all related procedure for foreigner; visa to oversea visitors. - Making to change licenses and certificates investment for company. - Perform tasks relating to salary calculation, PIT, and social, health, unemployment insurance. - Maintain employee database and keep tracks on any changes in employees’ particulars, labor contract,… - Updating regularly any changes in labor law, social insurance law,.to ensure effective implementation. - Recruiting employees for the company. - Responsible for organization & preparation of company recreational activities, parties, team building, traveling...

- University graduated or above major in Accounting or Finance, certified Chief Accountant - At least 3 years experience as a chief Accountant. Experience in forwarding & Logistics field is an advantage - Good understanding of Vietnamese Accounting System and Vietnamese Law. - Ability to work in a team and team management, flexibility and ability to work in different environment and under pressure - Fluent in English or Korean - Fluent in MS office (word, exel, pp), accounting software (FMS software is prefered)
