Customer Service Officer
Job description
• Receive and handle customer calls, providing product/service information and distributor details. Resolve complaints promptly.
• Input new customer data accurately for daily invoicing. Coordinate with delivery partners for efficient deliveries.
• Schedule and monitor assigned management areas. Conduct daily precall and accurate deliveries.
• Print and check daily invoices. Manage promotion gift returns as per regulations.
• Closely monitor distributor transactions, ensuring accurate invoicing and order quantities.
• Manage documents, especially financial invoices, and collaborate with departments as needed.
• Fulfill other assigned tasks as required by the supervisor.
Job requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience working in the fast-moving consumer goods industry.
• Effective communication skills and experience using management software.
• Proficient in data analysis and skilled in using MS Office.
• Basic English communication ability with customers.
