Export Development Assistant - 3Rd Party contract
Job description
1. Project management:
• Lead import project as a focal contact point of relevant parties for IMS new imports product development from Affiliates and 3rd parties producers
• Lead export project as focal contact point to implement export project to Affiliates and 3rd parties customers
• Maintain good rapport and communication with areas
2. Project execution: Plan and achieve project management taking responsibility for new products development projects by:
• Closely co-ordinate with stakeholders to align project timeline, responsibility, timeframe, closely follow up with them to finish their tasks on time.
• Negotiate and manage the agreement between producing market and receiving market in all aspects concerning
• Risk management by minimize risk impact to the projects, evaluate risks and offer solutions to enable decisions on product-launch dates needing to be revised.
• Ensure Trial shipment is successfully done with a proven complete report for all new Import/Export products. Handle customer complant as Nestle procedure
• Maintain Customer, vendor, and stock code in SAP
3. Customer service:
• Handle customer complant as Nestle procedure
• Ensure capability to achieve targeted Customer Service Levels to Receivers (Exports) or Domestic Customers (Imports)
4 Other tasks which assign by IMS Manager
Job requirements
• Bachelor Degree
• Experience in Supply Chain Project management in an FMCG industry, or at least GMNC
• Experience in Import/Export Supply Chain project management is an additional advantage.
• Customer Service mindset and Business Skills
• Proactively and independently working, ability to work under high pressure
• Good judgment, decision making and problem solving skills
• CAN DO attitude, self motivation, pragmatic, fact-based, honest and possesses integrity, ownership
• Always promote positive attitude working towards Customer Collaboration
• PERSISTENCE/ Strong mentality / excellent communication skill
• Good adaptability / have strong desire & commitment to career development in FMCG commercial field with great willingness to learn new things
• Master Data process in SAP
• Fluent in English Language
• Computer skill (good Excel & Powerpoint)
• Good communication skills
• English proficiency
• End-to-end project management skills
• Learning agility, customer service mindset
• Product development background knowledge
• FMCG/Manufacturing industry experience is preferred
