Finance Staff (6 Months)

1. Assisting in AR task: - Scan Documents monthly for sending Statement SR, Office (Electricity, Parking, F&B bill, Laundry, LoungeL…) - Filling daily Bank voucher SHB for SR & Office and daily documents from Front Desk SR. - Checking file Samsung breakfast weekly and update the file. - Filling monthly AR contracts and reconciling AR check list for filling. - Receving LoungeL restaurant bill daily and arrange documents; checking FOC short term guest using LoungeL. 2. Assisting in ap task: - Review payment contracts and Filling monthly original AP contract - Support AP team to review payment documents and filling monthly AP documents - Arranging bank payment voucher Shinhan daily, Filling monthly Bank voucher - Review the electronic invoice storage system and check input VAT to be legitimate - Other related accounting works.
