Have shuttle bus form HCMC and Dong Nai to Phu My-BRVT I. JOB PURPOSE Responsibility ensures the quality and compliance of products during various stages of the manufacturing process. II. MAIN DUTIES 1. In-Process Monitoring - Conduct routine checks and inspections during different stages of the production process to identify deviations from quality standards. - Utilize laboratory equipment for analytical to assess the physical, and chemical, attributes of materials and in-process samples 2. Data Analysis - Collect and analyze data from in-process controls to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues. - Collaborate with other departments to interpret data and make recommendations for process improvements 3. Quality Testing - Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure adherence to established quality control procedures and regulatory guidelines. - Participate in the development and updating of quality control protocols 4. Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities for process optimization and quality enhancement. - Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to elevate overall product quality 5. Calibration and Maintenance - Participate in the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment - Report any equipment malfunctions and assist in troubleshooting activities. 6. Documentation - Maintain accurate and detailed records of in-process control activities, test results, and any deviations observed. - Generate reports summarizing quality control findings and communicate them to relevant stakeholders 7. Safety Practices - Adhere to safety protocols and practices in the laboratory. - Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly 8. Troubleshooting - Investigate and address any discrepancies or non-conformities in collaboration with production and quality assurance team leader. - Propose corrective and preventive actions to enhance product quality III. WORK RELATIONSHIP 1. Internal a. Laboratory staff Collaborate with other laboratory staff members, especially those involved in different testing sections, to share information and coordinate activities. Work as a team to ensure the overall efficiency of the laboratory. b. Quality Assurance Team Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that quality control processes align with established standards and regulations. Address and resolve quality-related issues in coordination with the quality assurance team c. Production Team Coordinate with the production team to ensure Quality check in-process control. Collaborate on the resolution of quality issues that may impact production d. Team Leaders QC Report to supervisors or team leaders regarding daily activities, test results, and any issues encountered during raw material testing IV. BENEFIT • Working hours: Working hours: in shift (3-Shift) from Monday to Friday (Shift 1: 07:00 – 15:00; Shift 2: 15:00 – 23:00; Shift 3: 23:00 – 07:00) • Work at Factory Phu My 3, Ba Ria Vung Tau • Annual leaves: 15 days per year • Sick leaves: 4 days per year • Covid leaves: no limited • Salary review: annual • Bonus of 13th and 14th month salary based on company policy • Others: annual health checkup, general medical insurance • Transportation who living in Ho Chi Minh and Dong Nai Province

1. Education Background Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree: Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline 2. Requirements - Minimum 1 (one) year of experience as a Quality Control staff at a laboratory In Process Control. - Willing to work in Factory in Phu My 3, Ba Ria Vung Tau - Able to work with teams and individuals, healthy physically and mentally - Able to operate computer: MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoints)
