MES-RINKAI-TAISEI-CIENCO1 Joint Venture is the main Contractor of Construction Package No. 1A (CP1A) under Hanoi-Ho Chi Minh City Railway Line Bridge Safety Improvement Project, an ODA project funded by Japanese International Cooperation Agency. The construction of CP1A comprises of 03 work items including Ninh Binh Railway Station, Ninh Binh Railway Bridge and Ninh Binh Flyover.
