What's the coolest skill you've learned?
I am learning how to write high quality code from daily work in Rakus Vietnam.
Rakus produces Web services which make many Japanese customers satisfied. Those services require high quality to developer, but I can learn from that work.
I have worked at Japan office for three months and get the objective as the future engineer.

I can enjoy my work and build our company together.
On the last year I had been the leader to change our working place more comfortable for staff.
Rakus working style is very enjoyable to change anything better and I would like to challenge much more.
What's cool about your workstation?
Rakus Vietnam does not change the project in several months and evolve our products in longer time.
It is good not to happen sudden change specification, unreasonable customer requests and unreasonable change of delivery schedule.
And, I can improve my skill gradually with no over time works and focusing the same project longer.

All staffs and boss are very friendly .We were warmly treated by the boss.
