Bellsystem24-HoaSao Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Hoa Sao Group, is one of the leading companies in Vietnam to provide professional solutions and services on Contact Center and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing).

We bring the solution for customers to be really served as the God as well as to keep the existing customers of the enterprises. Currently, Bellsystem24-HoaSao has ten 24/7/365 Customer Care Service Centers in 8 regions in the whole country, and the number of staffs have reached nearly 4,000 people. We contribute to the success of nearly 100 big-brand customers who are the enterprises trusting and selecting Bellsystem24-HoaSao to be long-term partner, who give Bellsystem24-HoaSao the mission of serving and supporting their “King”.

The 2012 year marked the clear transformation of the Bellsystem24-HoaSao with the switchboard system developed to number 8 with the companion of 2,300 agents.

The 2014 year marked the founding of F.A.S.T Contact Center- the multi-tasking central office- quick establishing model of Bellsystem24-HoaSao, which allows enterprise to have a Customer Care Center carrying out professional Outbound service at the same time within the latest time of 07 days. F.A.S.T was born from the Eureka 2014 program with the criterion not skipping any creative ideas in the sphere of the Corporation.

In 2017, Hoa Sao & Bellsystem24 officially became a strategic partner, creating a new brand in the Contact Center & BPO market in Vietnam: Bellsystem24-HoaSao. In addition, the Contact Center Solution developed by Bellsystem24-HoaSao team: TELEHUB is officially launched to the market.

I joined Bellsystem24 in 2001 as a supervisor of a telecom company and insurance company. Has worked in Hokkaido for 6 years, Tokyo for 4 years and helped to expand the business scope as a specialist in charge of major e-commerce companies in Tokyo. I also have extensive experience in managing the operating teams (over 300 employees). With a good relationship with Japanese businessmen working in Vietnam, I hope can spend a the opportunities for talented people not only in Japan but abroad with attractive recruitment programs.
