Summary:
• Role: This role will play a pivotal role in shaping business strategies by synthesizing diverse data into actionable insights.
• In charge of design, and execute research projects that uncovers customer behaviors, market trends, and competitive dynamics, providing data-driven foundation to facilitate business decisions, predict and shape business strategy.
• Reporting directly to: Market Research Senior Manager
• High frequency of interaction: Cross Function, Team and external Partners/ agencies
• Working location: Me Linh Point, 2 Ngo Duc Ke, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCM city.

Main responsibilities:
1. Brand Performance Tracking
• Support Market Insights Senior Manager for Brand Performance tracking projects (Urban BHT, HCPs, Kantar Panel), including all aspects of the research process:
• Working closely with Internal stakeholders and agencies from project design, questionnaire design, join the field interview (pilot), quality check (random), report analysis (interpretation of results through to preparation of reports) and presentation.
• Ensure reliable results are delivered to internal stakeholders in a timely, cost-efficient manner.
• Maintains project budget and works with internal team and agency to ensure all aspects of the study continue to operate smoothly.
2. Ad-hoc customized projects
• Lead Ad-hoc projects, including collaboration with key local stakeholders to finalize research design and changes, brief to agency, finalize the questionnaire, review full reports, and facilitate fruitful discussion during presentation.
3. Strategic works
• Support Manager in developing integrated analysis for category related to market conditions/landscapes, competitive intelligence to facilitate business decisions and drive business strategies.
• Assist Manager in analyzing brands' issues and driving sustainable business growth.
• Provide fact-based data on market drivers and consumption habits to assist managers with RLBE cycles.
4. Administration & Documentation:
• Support Manager to prepare and allocate budget for research project.
• Keep track monthly/quarterly PO/non-PO Accrual
• Guide and monitor Market Research executive to conduct Admin/paperwork to ensure all research projects comply with purchasing procedure and make payment for agency with the support of temporary staffs (ACAS, Proposals, PR, PO, Waiver, Deviation approval, Good receipt, Payment documents).
