Marketing Assistant (Temporary Contract)

• Raise PR, PO by Marketing Team request, follow-up till release PO, send PO to requester

• In charge End-to-end process for all payments of Marketing Team

• Prepare document to register Marketing campaign with Department of Industry & Trade

• Prepare water delivery form by Marketing Team request, send to CS, follow-up till job done

• Logistic support to work with various agency to deliver samples/brand Items/activities across suppliers, Distributor, Factories, cross functions

• Ensure brand execution in the market by conducting frequent site check, market visit check, image check, activation check with report & action

• Sourcing consumer promotion items as requested from Brand Manager

• Cooperate with Stakeholders for data collection, data preparation for compliance purpose

• Internal engagement activities & Arrange Internal team calendar on marketing activities

• Graduated from University/College with relevant majors

• Quick adapt on La Vie system process

• Communication with people, especially able to negotiate and deal with suppliers, sales, other functions

• Good in Excel

• Details oriented, able to follow up for tracking and reminding on daily basis

• Able to manage multi-tasking, care for details, able to work dynamic changing environment

• Good time management skill
