□ Job Description: Jisahwa Staff

◦ Supporting Korean companies to meet proper Vietnamese Business Partners(Importers, Agencies, Buyers etc.) and to export their products to Vietnam

- Playing a role of overseas branch office of Korean companies to support them to enter into the Vietnamese market

- Doing Market and Product Research, Buyer Matching and Meeting Arrangements in both English and Vietnamese

◦ Supporting all kinds of marketing events held by KOTRA

□ Working Conditions

◦ Salary: Negotiable during interview (Around USD 800 Gross per month)

◦ Working Period: 3-Month Probation Period and can be extended

- During probation period, monthly salary shall be reduced

◦ Working Time: 08:30~17:30

◦ Location of Office: KOTRA HCMC (7th floor, Diamond Plaza)

◦ Retirement allowance: According to the Vietnamese Labor Act

◦ Benefits: According to KOTRA’s policies and regulations

◦ Vacations: 12 days per year

□ Requirements / Qualifications

◦ Qualification Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields:

- Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Economics, Commerce, International Trade, International Relations

- At least 2 year(24 month) working experiences in the field of marketing, commerce or international trade.

- * Internship experience shall also be recognized.

- Who can start working from 10th June, 2024.

◦ Preferential Conditions

- Fluency in business English proved by an official certificate

- Fluency in Korean proved by an official certificate

- More than 1 year of working experience in Korean enterprise or Korean institution in Vietnam

□ Process of recruitment

- Applicants without proof of working experience will be automatically eliminated as considered ineligible.

◦ Interview: Only those selected for interview will be contacted individually

- English writing and speaking skill will be tested
