Officer - Marketing Support, Agricultural Solutions

Objectives of the Position

Coordinate and support AP marketing activities in close cooperation and collaboration with relevant parties.

Main Areas of Resoonsibilities and Kev Activities

- Perform the allocation and delivery of POSM (Points of sales) materials to specific sales areas to support demand creation activities.

- Monitor the inventory of promotional gimmicks and propose the order plan to ensure enough stocks for operations.

- Collect and consolidate demonstration needs from sales team and get necessary approvals to issue and deliver products to sales team.

- Discuss with sales team to consolidate the demands of marketing retailer campaigns, farmer meeting campaign etc. to support key product growth. Consolidate and report the registration/ participation list.

- Work with designers on specific designs on POSM and NPL (New Product Launch).

- Support the implementation of approved marketing events (new product launch, customer events, demand creation activities, sales consultancy, implementation of marketing campaigns).

- Support in consolidating and monitoring marketing expenses.

- Degree, preferably in Agriculture.

- Min two years relevant experiences.

- Knowledge on Agrochemical industry/ market/ products will be advantage.

- Good commands in English is an advantage and MS. Office.
