Packaging Supply Planner - Contract 8 Months

* Work at Dist 7 and travel to Cu Chi factory when needed • Build supply plan for packaging materials (PM) by converting production plans to PM requirements, ensuring complete delivery, on time, right type and quantity to guarantee production continuity. • Build delivery schedule weekly for PM call off that aligned with daily production plan and WH capacity. • Collaborate with procurement to build forecasting plan for long term demand (6-12 months) of PM and work with suppliers for supply preparation. • Identify potential risk related to PM shortage and proactively work on solution proposal such as delivery delayed, feedstock shortage… • Monitor PM stock at healthy level to ensure sufficient cash flow in terms of inventory as well as minimize business waste (SLOB) due to abundant PM stock. • Conduct quarterly reports for SLOB and follow up action for SLOB clearance. • Use MRP file to identify the gap between physical PM stock and number in system and trigger a request to WH to make adjustment if any weekly • Collaborate with RD to ensure the accuracy of Bills of Materials (BOM) to avoid wrong components volume produced in finished goods (FG) • Lead demand & supply reconciliation (DSR) meeting with suppliers to improve WOW between internal & external stakeholders as well as ensure all demand of Unilever is captured and capacity from suppliers is well prepared according to the received allocation. • Apply root cause analysis & problem solving to handle adhoc issue during daily operation to resolve problems • Deploy digital & automation projects to improve productivity & speed of response to market changes

• Bachelor degree in which Supply Chain Major is preferred • Having experience in Supply Planning is a plus. • ABLE TO WORK 8 MONTHS - sign contract with 3rd party • Be able & familiar to use MRP/SAP system. • Detail and number oriented. • Data analysis skill • Communication skill • Flexible & able to work under pressure. • Good in English speaking
