Sales Admin - North Division

1. Support Front Marketing staff: - Quotation preparation - Deal with Business Processing & Accounting for Policy & Invoice issuance - Send the document to the client & follow up - Document filing - Premium collection - Other tasks that the Marketing Deputy Manager may assign 2. Co-ordination with other Divisions: - Cooperate with the Business Processing Division for policy issuance - Cooperate with the Accounting and Finance Division for invoice issuance & outstanding premium - Cooperate with Claims Divisions for the claim process 3. Reports - Outstanding premium report management - Loss Ratio report management - Timely prepare other periodic reports as required by front Marketing Staff

QUALIFICATIONS: - University graduation - English fluency EXPERIENCE: - At least 1 year’ experience in related field is preferable. SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE: - Strong service-minded. - Understand working procedure & flow chart. - Be highly aware of the requirement to be professional to provide high-quality service to clients. - Communication skills
