Job description

• Oversee and direct performance of the sales team. • Identify potential channels to find new sales opportunities. • Ensure that company’s sales targets are met by managing sales team, setting objectives and monitoring progress. • Create and execute sales plans. • Train and coach sales consultants and monitor their performances. • Build up and extend agent networks to increase sales volumes. • Prepare, develop, and conduct sales presentation to customers and agents. • Assist Sales Manager/ Assistant Manager in planning, creating, executing, and developing sales strategies, promotion plans and activities to achieve sales target. • Control internal processes, including roster duties at sale galleries & show units. • Follow up closely on after-sales matters, including sales documentation, customer complaints and handover. • Offer assistance and support for sales team: + Upon viewings of prospective customers introduced by agents/walk-ins and visitors in daily sales operation and + Handle and resolve sales related issues. • Support on management of sales galleries, show units and sales office (where assigned). • Produce daily/weekly reports on sales activities. • Conduct customer surveys and collect feedback where applicable to support for marketing activities.

Job requirements

• Have 1 – 2 years working experience in relevant areas. • Good communication skill in English and Vietnamese. • Drive for results, Problem solving and organization skills. • Highly self–motivated and have customer-oriented mindset. • Good working attitude with a high level of professionalism, integrity, initiative.
