Senior Accountant

Major Responsibilities And Authority: - Weekly cash flow forecast. - Review/ control of expenses - Prepare and track AR/AP accounts - Ensure verified purchase invoices accurately recorded into ERP. - Prepare and running monthly prepaid/accrual transaction - Check POs /contracts to ensure proper withholding tax. - Check sales revenue & Customs documents - Cooperate with other Departments (Sales, Procurement…) for monthly book closing schedule by deadline. - Manage month end closing report/ balance of TB accounts - Collate and analyze accounting data - Check monthly VAT declaration report - Deal with VAT refund/ Tax audit/ annual audits - Lead inventory cycle counts - Statutory reports as per requirements (tax, statistics, BIZA,…) - Other jobs assigned by Finance Manager

Experience Required: - More than 5 year experience in accounting, preferred in FDI manufacturing companies. Knowledge’s Skills And Abilities: - Strong bookkeeping skills; - Patience, carefulness and high attention to detail. - Understand the importance of confidentiality; - Willing to work hard, eager to learn, team player - Initiative, honest, high responsibility and good management skill. - English communication - Computer skill: Word, Excel. - CV in English is required.
