Senior Corporate Legal Executive

- Draft, review sales documents, and take responsibility for the real estate business sector of the Group. - Review contracts, and related documents in the construction and project management. - Be responsible for legal advice in investment, finance, business, and operation activities of the Group; Ensure that legal risks, agreements, and contracts are fully controlled and forecasted. - Draft documents of the company and ownership; perform the legal procedures. - Participate in complaints, litigation procedures, and non-litigation representation. - Assigning work according to the assignment of the manager.

- Have good English communication skills and skills in drafting documents and contracts. - Be graduated with a Law major from a top universities. - Lawyer practicing certificates is an advantage. - Years of experience: at least 7 years of experience working in the legal field at large-scale real estate companies. - Have experience in drafting, and reviewing project sales dossiers, and handling related legal procedures. - Have knowledge and understanding of the law regarding litigation, business, real estate, and civil. - Have the ability to draft pleadings, responses, and dossiers related to litigation, and administrative agencies. - Strong persuasive argumentation, and clear reasoning.
