Service Coordinator / Customer Service (Spare Parts/paclaging Industry)
Job description
Spare parts and service sales activities to ensure timely delivery of the spare parts and service to the customers to minimize downtime on the filling lines at the customer’s sites.
• Co-ordinate with KAMs & SAMs for spare parts and service price quotation to customers.
• Issue correct billing of services (related to working hours / spare parts/ lumpsum service) to customers, ensure collection is done by respective account managers, and follow-up missing reports from Service Engineers to assure 100% on-time AS result data input.
• Warehouse / Inventory Management to ensure proper Good receiving and issuing managed that there is zero variance between stock levels and stock take figures by using SAP- (or any other appropriate tools).
• Efficiently handle, coordinate, follow-up, report spare part issues, including claims. Support urgently needed spare parts with TSM / SAMs, ensure distribution of technical documentation concerning spare parts and service
• Plan (MRP) / purchase from overseas / local suppliers to maintain adequate spare parts inventories, control from receiving to dispatching, and handling shipping document approval prior to release of original documents
• Create/change and maintain CS orders for Service related tasks, including closing of inactive CS orders. Assign CS orders to the Planning tools for dispatching time schedule to Field Service Engineers and check accuracy of activity codes inputted, ensuring all activity reports from Service Engineers are released to Service Manager for approval
• Support technical team for all daily administrative matters, such as travel arrangement, hotel booking, issuing uniform / tools etc.
• Provide ongoing coaching / mentoring to buildup team competencies
• Accomplish special tasks as assigned by supervisor and inline with the best interests
Job requirements
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field
At least 3-5 years of experience in sales support for spare part/ packaging industry
Fluent in English
Good, active communication to different departments, internal and external
Collaboration with customers and other departments
