Structure Engineer

We are actively recruiting skilled Structural Engineers to join our expanding team. Positions are open to candidates at all experience levels.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• ​Take ownership of assigned projects and/or work packages, ensuring they not only meet but exceed client expectations. Tasks include BIM modelling, drafting drawings, creating schedules, compiling specification notes, performing calculations, designing, and managing other relevant scopes of work.

• Execute projects efficiently, prioritizing time management.

• Conduct thorough checks of both digital and physical drawings, adhering to agreed-upon procedures to maintain delivery timelines and quality standards.

• Proactively identify and resolve issues as they arise, offering recommendations to project seniors when necessary.

• Adhere to Atlas TAP procedures to ensure project work consistently meets company standards.

• Keep project seniors informed to ensure seamless client delivery, while also assisting seniors in optimizing project efficiency and profitability.

• Ensure projects are completed on time and adhere to both client and Atlas standards.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

​• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree or higher in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field.

• Proficiency in structural analysis, design, or modelling software such as Tekla, Revit, Robot, Etabs, or similar.

• Thorough understanding of international building codes, regulations, and standards.

• Excellent communication abilities in both English and Vietnamese.

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to precision and accuracy.
