Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles in the company:

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria

• Using various channels to source candidates

• Managing the screening process, including resume screening and interviewing

• Building relationships with applicants and past employees

• Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process

​​• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field

​• Two or three years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role (Headhunter/Recruitment Consultant at Headhunt company)

​• Experience in full-cycle recruiting

​• Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks

​• Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally

​• Proficient in using company software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates
