Tax Lead

• Prepare/review tax declaration

• Review month-end & year-end closing entries booking

• Review tax data & related party transactions as per global requirements.

• Direct the team to provide and review data/information before providing it to tax inspectors/tax auditors.

• Review data/documents for tax audit

• Assist Head of Tax in face-to-face defense during tax audits.

• Provide Head of Tax regarding strategy for tax audits.

• Review documents/letters to tax authorities in case of appealing or seeking advice.

• Read, analyze and highlight to Head of Tax the impact of new laws & regulations

• Conduct training for the whole team under instructions of managers

• Highlight tax risks to users upon reviewing contracts/documents

• Other assigned tax tasks by Head of Tax.

Qualification:

• University degree

• Accounting background (ACCA/CPA is preferred)

- Experience/skills:

• At least 4-5 years of tax experience specialized in corporate taxes, prefer Big4

• Good English - IELTS 6.5

• Communicating and Influencing: convey the ideas to business partners

• Effective decision-making: sound judgment and reasoning to come to the right solution and make sure they are implemented.
