(Temporary) Sales & Marketing Executive

*Important Note:

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract position; candidates are advised to take note of this temporary status.

1. Data Reporting & Analysis

• Analyze the effectiveness of promotional programs, gift campaigns, and in-store events.

• Assist in preparing reports as requested by the Line Manager and Brand Manager.

2. Order & Inventory Management

• Support to place orders and track delivery progress with the logistics department.

• Support to manage testers, samples, and Point of Sale Materials (POSM) within the approved budget.

• Manage and produce secondary labels and price tags for new products.

3. In-Store Operations & Events

• Prepare and execute in-store counter events, workshops, and brand activations.

• Coordinate the timely delivery of products, POSM, and gifts to stores.

• Be present at key events to support the sales and marketing teams.

• Support to track and compile post-event related reports.

4. Sales Coordination & Support

• Act as a communication bridge between the back office and in-store Personal Beauty Partner.

• Support on contractor and agency management, including getting quotations, briefing of agency/contractor/partners on specific brand needs.

• Prepare materials and products for events, meetings, and internal training sessions.

5. Other Tasks

• Assist with in-store customer data management (CRM) and support the implementation of customer loyalty programs.

• Support the e-commerce team by providing inventory data, reports, and coordinating stock for online sales.

• Coordinate with relevant parties to control budgets for trade marketing, events, and POSM.

• Provide support to stores (Promotion, inventory, POSM) as required.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in Retail Marketing, Sales Admin, Operations… or related fields.

• Good command of English

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.).

• Analytical thinking and information synthesis skills.

• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly responsible, especially with data and payment documents.

• Proactive, dynamic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Perceptive with a keen interest in learning about trends in the cosmetics and creative industry.

• Enjoys a dynamic work environment that requires flexibility and high adaptability.

• High sense of responsibility, proactive, with strong organizational and communication skills
