01 Production Supervisor + 01 Technical Department Supervisor

GRITTI VIETNAM Co. Ltd. produces fashion Buttons and garment accessories in natural shell, polyester, zinc alloy and corozo. Our company operates at international standards and is widely recognized for its reliability in terms of quality, on-time delivery and competitiveness. We supply our products to the biggest fashion and sportswear brands.

We are in hiring 2 positions as below:

1. Technical Department Supervisor

Manage and coordinate Technical Department’s team including staffs, engineers & technicians in order to:

 Produce all samples on-time and in compliance with customers’ requirements.

 Define correct bill of materials and routing for every product.

 Create technical files and control documents for every product.

 Calculate price for new products and update pricing regularly.

 Write standard operating procedures and work instructions for all production processes.

 Study and implement new processes and technologies to extend our product lines.

 Organize and optimize technical department at all levels to become more reliable and efficient.

 Ensure good technical support and appropriate documentation for production department.

2. Production Supervisor (Chemical)

 Implement the production plan as per instructions.

 Organize the daily work in the assigned sections in order to meet product specifications, quality standards and production timeline.

 Lead, manage and train your production teams.

 Ensure optimum usage of the workforce, raw materials and equipment, with the goal of reducing production costs.

 Ensure good housekeeping of the sections, maintenance of machinery, and comply with all safety standards.

 Improve the organization, working methods and control systems in your department.

 Write clear work procedures for every operation.

 Actively participate to the production and quality meetings.

 Carrying out other tasks according to the requests of the Production Manager.

1. Technical Department Supervisor

 University degree in mechanical or technical field.

 Good ability to manage a team.

 3 – 5 years’ experience in similar position.

 Excellent organizational skills.

 Good English level.

 Ability to use common office software and AutoCad

 Able to work under pressure.

 Age from 26 to 35 years old

 Highly motivated, flexible, honest, and reliable

 Resident in Binh Duong/Thu Duc area is a plus

2. Production Supervisor (Chemical)

 University degree (Chemical background is prefer)

 Experienced in managing a production team.

 Serious, proactive, reliable, good leadership and organizational skills.

 Good English language level.

 Able to work efficiently and independently under high pressure conditions.

 Agreeable with flexible working hours.

 Age from 26 to 35 years old

 Highly motivated, flexible, honest, and reliable

 Resident in Binh Duong/Thu Duc area is a plus
