02 Sales Admin

• Working with manufacturer/ supplier and request for price / Quotation

• Making quotation to clients (factory, contractor, trading companies)

• Making contract and PO to local supplier/ Manufacturer ( as a local Buyer)

• Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.

• Checking data accuracy in orders, contracts, and invoices.

• Liaise between Sales and Logistic, discuss and coordinate delivery schedule, on inventory.

• Maintain and update sales and customer records.

• Following status of all request sent to customers.

• Good interpersonal skill, communication skill, and problem-solving skill.

• Energetic, friendly and professional.

• Certification/ Graduation in Economics, Foreign, Foreign Trade, Sales, or relevant field are a plus.

• Must be detail-oriented & good English communication.

• At least 2 years working experience, priority candidates worked in industrial field as pipe, valves, steel, piping fitting, instruments.
