02 Sales Admin

We are IWISU ENGINEERING TRADING CORP a leading supplier in industrial equipments/ materials in Vietnam, especially for Valves and Piping Fitting. We are looking for a qualified Sales Administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals.

You will serve with queries about products, orders, and deliveries and provide support for salesmen.

Responsibilities:

• Working with manufacturer/ supplier and request for price / Quotation

• Making quotation to clients (factory, contractor, trading companies)

• Maintain and update sales and customer records.

• Following status of all request sent to customers.

• Process the purchase contracts/ orders upon the purchase requests from sales team to the suppliers in time. Issuing draft and official Purchase Order, Invoice, Contract to oversea suppliers.

• Support for importing and stocking goods in inventory.

• Follow up, stay informed of changes, feedback the abnormal purchase order status to person in charge in sales team so as to give feedback to the suppliers.

• Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time / delivery time, cost, payment term, shipping term so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.

• Liaising with accountant department for payment to suppliers on time.

• Good interpersonal skill, communication skill, and problem-solving skill.

• Energetic, friendly and professional.

• Certification/ Graduation in Economics, Foreign, Foreign Trade, Sales, or relevant field are a plus.

• Must be detail-oriented & good English communication.

• At least 2 years working experience, priority candidates worked in industrial field as pipe, valves, steel, piping fitting, instruments.
