2 Projects/account Managers - Design Studio

If you are a communicative people-person who is well-organised, understands visual design, and lives in Hanoi, we need you!

You’ll help manage day-to-day communication, organize tasks, and make sure projects run smoothly between our international clients and our creative team in Hanoi working under the MediaOps (Media Operations) service, under which our clients get long-term design support. This role is ideal for someone who understands the design process, produces high-quality visual outputs, and seeks to develop their skills in project and client management. You don’t need to have years of experience - just a good sense of responsibility, organization, and confidence in English:

- Chat with multiple clients (in English) to understand what they need and keep them in the loop about the progress

- Translate client requests into clear tasks for the design team

- Keep track of timelines and make sure we deliver on time

- Join team check-ins, support planning, and help with quality checks of our work

- Be proactive - we love folks who spot problems *before* they happen

- Advanced English communication skills - you must be confident speaking with foreign clients

- SOME background/experience in design - you get the lingo and understand creative workflows

- Have a natural sense of order (but we will teach you the tools!)

- Organized, reliable, and good at nudging people (nicely) to get things done

Junior: None or little experience in a similar position, but with other relevant experience - 16,000,000 đ - 25,000,000 đ / month net

Mid: You've performed well in a similar position - 25,000,000 đ - 35,000,000 đ/ month net

(PS. Please note that the salary mentioned is above the standard of the Vietnamese market, but we're open to negotiation with foreign applicants, including helping out with TRC/WP fees after the trial period - let's talk!)
