1. Job Descriptiopn
- Create and execute product roadmaps that align with company goals and customer needs
- Develop detailed specifications and requirements for software products, including user journeys, user interfaces, and API endpoints
- Manage the software dev elopment process, including assigning tasks to developers and ensuring timely delivery of quality work
- Participate in meetings with potential clients to demonstrate software product capabilities, guide the client during a POC stage, and onboard the clien t after a contract with the client gets signed
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction
- Manage and mentor a team of other product managers and developers
- Ensure that product development i s aligned with company goals and objectives
- Monitor and report on product performance metrics and use that data to continuously improve the product
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up to date with the latest trends and tec hnologies in the industry
- Remain knowledgeable about changes in the industry and adjust product strategies and roadmaps as needed
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that our products meet the needs of our clients
- Develop and maintain relation ships with key stakeholders in the financial institution industry
