Role Overview

We are looking for a 3D CAD Designer to join our engineering team in Haiphong. You will create and manage detailed 3D models and production drawings for marine automation and electric propulsion products developed under the Praxis Mega-Guard product line.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D CAD models and assemblies for control cabinets, consoles, mechanical supports, and marine electrical systems.

• Generate accurate 2D manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and exploded views.

• Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and system engineers to ensure manufacturability and serviceability.

• Apply marine standards and internal Praxis design guidelines throughout your work.

• Support production with technical documentation and continuous design improvements.

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering or related field.

• Proficient in Autodesk Inventor (preferred) or equivalent 3D CAD software.

• Knowledge of sheet-metal design, mechanical assemblies, and manufacturing processes.

• At least 2 years of relevant CAD design experience, ideally in marine, industrial, or automation equipment.

• Good English communication skills (written & spoken).
