3D Digital Creation Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create 3D Sportstyle Footwear, both conceptual and digital twins ( Including 3D geometry and material )

• Collaborate with Footwear Designer, Product Line Management, and development, locally and globally for creation of 3D Footwear Assets to the Brand calendar.

• Collaborate with Brand’s experts to enhance Footwear Digital Creation process, contribute to the quality of products' design content to reinforce and strengthen the Brand position and generate consumer demand.

• Under the direction of the Brand, utilize 3D Assets to help speed up development process and act as physical sample’s substitute.

• Manage the Digital Creation team to ensure quality of 3D Assets meet the Brand’s guideline.

• Explore new 3D workflows to continuously challenge the status quo of 3D Design and exploration process.

QUALIFICATION:

• 3-4 years of relevant work experience, within an international sportswear company is a bonus but not a must.

• Strong 3D software application experience like Rhino, Modo, Blender, Keyshot, Substance Suite or Xtex.

• Basic knowledge of animation fundamentals.

• Working knowledge with 2D software’s especially Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Knowledge of 3D polygon modeling fundamentals, such as Topology and UV.

• Strong ability to collaborate with design and development to bring design vision alive.

• Experience in Footwear creation and visualization.

• A trained eye for photography, composition and for creating strong visuals.

• A passion for new technologies and their application in our industry.

• Proactive approach to problem solving.

• University studies or equivalent education.

• Fluent in English both verbally and written.
