*Strategic Aspiration In Go-To- Market Transformation (GTMT) we drive a brand-led, enterprise-supported digital transformation to enable agility, profitable growth for various retail models, bringing VF brands closer to the market and consumers. We reimagine the product creation by modernizing and accelerating design and development processes to enable 3D design visualization. *Role & Responsibilities: Position Definition (Key Purpose of the Position) : Advance operational excellence in online and classroom experiential learning programs with the support of the Digital Integration Services team. Review current 2D design standards and explore integration opportunities as part of the enterprise level digital transformation journey. As a specialist, with in-depth 3D tools skills for 3D content creation, execute 3D models through modelling and/or simulating various products covering apparel, footwear, and equipment and those product’s materials. Able to deliver training to global brands, vendors, and 3rd party partners on the 3D creation process. Contribute ideas during the product creation process, explore and recommend construction methods by engaging stakeholders with different responsibilities in the 3D Digital Product creation processes. Work closely with senior specialist to consult with global brands and factories on ways to transition and implement a digital process, which includes the creations of foundational standards and libraries. Leveraging on digital asset platforms and infrastructure of DPC, provide guidance in factory consolidations & exits, new factory onboarding and engagement to ensure alignment to strategic goals. ***Key Result Areas: Training & Development · Implement strategic initiatives, perform analyses, and communicate learnings and insights across internal and external channels. · Proactively identify opportunities to improve the learning roadmap based on the learning needs analysis of cross functional teams in Digital Product Creation (DPC) · Develop materials and tooling libraries for DPC projects. · Train others on technical 3D tools and how to deliver instructional material. · Conduct training programs for stakeholders’ groups identified in the Digital Ecosystem, i.e., training global brands, new staff, factory partners, material suppliers, and contractors. · Collaborate and work closely with internal stakeholders to develop course materials · Evaluate training effectiveness and provide reports on areas of continuous improvement Assurance Assessment · Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure candidates are prepared, registered and ready for assessments. · Plan assessment on a holistic basis, negotiating with allocated supervisor to ensure that assessment can professionally conducted. · Conduct assessment against the standards set and certify a minimum number of candidates in a 6-month period. · Contribute as required to digital assets assurance audits and provide feedback for improvement. · Provide the assistance needed to implement strategic recommendations · Identify and track the metrics to measure the success of a specific opportunity as it relates to vendor performance and overall quality · Identify process improvement opportunities, key issues, development of conclusions and implementation plans, supported with evidence. · Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders throughout the course of the assessments.

Competency Requirements: - Behavioral Competencies · Highly motivated self-starter skilled in instructional, faculty and professional development and delivery of 3D content and material. · Possess the ability to deliver a high level of interactive customer service, develop and maintain collaborative, professional relationships inside and outside of DPC. · Effectively implements 3D project plans as set by managers and regularly monitors progress amongst team members and prioritizes actions as necessary. · Standards documentation for 3D product creation. Consult with global brands and factories on ways to transition and implement a digital process including the creations of foundational standards and libraries. · Engage stakeholders in design, merchandising, product development, technical design, sourcing, sales, and marketing to develop and implement 3D Digital Product Creation processes and capabilities. - Functional Competencies · Highly capable using core digital creation software, such as, Rhino, Modo, Browzwear, Clo, Keyshot etc. · Experience in the following software is a plus: Gerber, Lectra, Optitex, Zbrush, Rhino, 3D Studio Max, Maya, Alias, Keyshot, Substance Designer, RCS, MIND, T-splines, Blender and Unreal Engine. · High level of Proficiency in the following is a plus: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and similar programs · High Proficient with business computer software such as, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint. · Experience in using DPC tools with suppliers (Factories, Material Vendors) is preferred · Experience in working with Materials, Footwear, Apparel, and/or Equipment product creation teams in a digital product creation capacity is highly preferred · Understanding of the retail product creation process is highly preferred · Prioritize efficiently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, as well as proactively solving problems. · Able to work independently, as well as work as a team member, and possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. · Familiarity with classroom technologies and other productivity and multimedia software are also required. · Stakeholders’ engagement at all levels within a diverse, multi-cultural, collaborative environment. *Experience: - Minimum Relevant Experience: · At least 1-3 years’ relevant working experience · Hands on experience and proficiency in Excel, Tableau and PPT · Experience in an analytics role, academia, analytic consulting in retail/consumer products or supply chain in general · Good knowledge in 3D Materials/Apparel/Equipment/Footwear simulation software including Browzwear, Clo, Rhino and Modo. · Competent in 3D rendering tools and the ability to create visuals to VF brand requirements. · Highly innovative with a deep knowledge of key DPC technologies such as AR/VR, ray-training and other cutting-edge digital tools. · Experience in delivering 3D instructional materials effectively to engage regional stakeholders with varying levels of knowledge and skills in the industry. - Minimum Supervisory Experience: n/a - Nature of Work: Problem-solving and project work which requires creative thinking, deep expertise 3D modeling tools and engineering fields and effective people management skills sets. - Academic Qualifications Minimum Degree Held: University Degree, Bachelor level Subject Expert In: 1-3 years’ experience 3D modeling tools and engineering skills Certifications Required: Specific Working Conditions Frequency of Travel: As required
