3D Visualizer (Lumion + Archicad) HCMC - Work with Australia-Based Practice

Position Summary

We are seeking a talented 3D Visualizer with strong skills in Lumion and Archicad to join our team in HCMC. You will work closely with our Australian team to bring architectural concepts to life through high-quality 3D renders and visual storytelling. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a cross-border team creating innovative residential and commercial projects across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Model and develop detailed architecture visuals in Archicad

• Create high-quality 3D renders and animations using Lumion

• Collaborate with architects and designers to translate concepts into visual presentations

• Interpret architectural drawings and design intent into compelling visuals

• Maintain organized files and follow project timelines and deadlines

• Participate in regular team meetings and design reviews (English communication required)

Requirements

• Proficiency in Lumion (portfolio of architectural rendering required)

• Solid experience with Archicad (modeling, materials, and documentation)

• Strong eye for detail, lighting, and composition

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines

• Ensuring compliance with Australian codes and regulations (prior experience is preferred).

• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)

• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
