Academic Support Officer (Cán Bộ Phụ Trách Đào Tạo )

Main Responsibilities/ Trách nhiệm chính:

• Responsible for management of the classes daily and efficiently. Be the

contact point between lecturers and students and parents about students’

attendance, assessment results as well as students well-being.

• Inventory students’ works, including accurate records of students’

submission and re-submission, receiving and returning works to students

• Support library users and help them find the information and resources

they need, and encourage them to greater use of library materials by

promoting, regularly displaying, informing new library materials arrival and

current contents;

• Work with Education Consultant to plan parent’s meetings

• Assist Lecturers before and during the class, including interpretation and

preparation of handouts, materials for class

• Organize enrolment test and English placement test and prepare acceptance

letter to inform the results via email within 3 days since the test date.

• Vietnamese national

• Holder of a degree

• 2-3 year work experience in a similar position in education is preferred.

• Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English.

• Hard-working with attention to details, well – organized and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Customer focus, Self-motivation, ability to prioritize effectively, be flexible and manage your time under pressure.
