Accessories Development Team Leader

1. Product Strategy & Planning - Develop and implement the product development strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives. - Identify market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements in the automotive accessories industry. - Define product roadmaps, timelines, and development priorities. 2. Product Development Management - Lead the product development team through all stages: ideation, design, prototyping, testing, and launch. - Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and design teams to ensure product feasibility and quality. - Oversee material selection, product specifications, and performance standards. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and quality certifications. 3. Project Management - Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources. - Track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary. - Ensure timely product launches that meet market and business requirements. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to define product positioning, features, and pricing strategies. - Coordinate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to ensure efficient production and sourcing. - Provide technical input for marketing materials and product documentation. 5. Leadership & Team Development - Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing product development team. - Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Evaluate team performance and support professional growth.

Education: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Management, or related fields. Experience: - Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in product development within the automotive industry. - At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. - Proven track record of bringing successful automotive accessories to market.
