What We Can Offer
✓ Issue the PI not later than 48 hours (depend on new items or repeated items).
✓ Provide shipping marks at least 30 days before the ETD customer.
✓ Feedback claim to Sales/customer not later than 48 hours.
✓ Email response on customer request as fast as possible. Depends on the kind of inquiry between
instantly and 2 working days.
✓ Get confirmation from customer/sales managers and/or Sales/Agents after sending PI to make sure
all information are correct as customer requested.
✓ Enter and update all order information to the OH system. And make sure needed information need
to be aware of in the beginning: sealed sample, external test (fabric, foam, furniture), inspection.
✓ Update terms, customer portfolio in the OH system.
✓ Foreseen, identify and solve problems, which affect a smooth delivery.
✓ Involve the superior in case the problem can not be resolved him/herself.
✓ Inform to Sales, customers if any change influence delivery plan, product quality, structure immediately.
✓ Carry out other tasks as assigned by his/her superior, Sales Manager and Commecial Senior Manager.
✓ 1-2 years’ experience in foreign company
✓ Familiar with shipping and oversea trading
✓ University degree holding (Economics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration)
✓ Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages
✓ Good communication skills
✓ Good computing skills (Microsoft office)
