This role is to provide services to Account Managers and external clients in Australia. Your key responsibility is to ensure our internal and external clients received exception level of services.
You will take ownership of your projects, and act as a specialist to your clients, an intermediary between internal and external stakeholders to provide clients with the best services.
Includes duties such as project tracking, sale support, production and administrative tasks for our merchandise requests:
- Provide day to day support to Account Manager from pre-sale, order processing to after-sale service to client.
- Manage and maintain an accurate, timely and updated WIPs, product portfolio, sale program, inventory, quote system.
- Monitor order processing after order is confirmed.
- Coordinate production plan & dispatching plan to meet client’s timeline
- Day to day work with internal teams including Studio, IT, Ecommerce, Finance and Warehouse to meet timing plans of the order, sale program.
- Inventory management, request for approval for stock movement/allocation to ensure inventory availability to fulfill client/customer orders.
- Data management:
+ Liaise with Clients to receive full information of their customers and input the data into system in accurate & timely manner.
+ Closely collaborate with Warehouse team to process customer orders and ensure the delivery timelines are met.
- Administration of quotations for new products development to get the best price.
- Support event team to create POs for event activities, stock allocation and process sales data.
- Provide day to day support functions for assigned Team Leader/ Manager.

- Good at Microsoft office such as Word, Power Point, Outlook, Intermediate level Excel.
- Time management, organizational, multi-tasking skills & basic skills of office software usage.
- Have experience in a similar role is preferred, however not essential, if you are hungry to learn and able to hit the ground running within a busy environment.
- Have general knowledge in business administration, marketing, international trading or economics.
- Have knowledge of merchandise or working on project from start to finish; or have experience in coordinating with designers on artworks is a plus.
- Be a strong team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude.

- Working time : 6:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday – Friday
