Account Executive

1. Manage the daily processing of invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.

2. Reconcile bank statements and internal ledgers, ensuring that discrepancies are promptly addressed.

3. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.

4. Prepare and coordinate with the team for timely submission of tax filings, including VAT, corporate income tax, and other statutory tax returns in compliance with Vietnamese tax regulations.

5. Monitor and process employee expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

6. Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and resolving any auditing queries.

7. Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are properly classified and supported with relevant documentation.

8. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth communication and accurate financial data flow.

9. Perform other ad hoc financial tasks as required by the Chief Accountant or leadership team.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA) is a plus.

2. At least 1+ years of experience, ideally in the textile / import & export field.

3. Experience with accounting software.

4. Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.

5. High attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (Vietnamese and English)
