• Maintain close relationship with current customers
• Sell products and service the accounts.
• Find new customers and develop business with existing ones.
• Increase ASIA market knowledge and coverage.
2. Results expected.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers, become there go-to person whom they trust and their main source of information and inspiration.
• Encourage all customers to buy online.
• Generate / find opportunities for growth with new customers via assertive, creative initiatives and tenacious persistence. KPI at least 15 new stable customers by the end of the year.
• Find and develop the Asian Markets and developing new programs to grow sales.
3. Main Responsibilities.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing strong relationship with customers.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer’s needs and react creatively and assertively to respond to needs quickly and independently with awesome solutions.
• Deliver amazing customer experience that will be reflected in rapidly growing sales and total customer delightfulness.
• Daily contact with customers through phone and other methods.
• Travel participate in trade shows, industry and company events.
• Follow established policies, routines, procedures and processes established in the sales department.

5. Qualifications and Competencies.
• English + 1 other Asian Language
• Bachelor’s degree in business related fields and/or experience in customer service or related fields.
• Overall work experience minimum 3 years, in sales, logistics and/or customer service-related functions. Prior experience in the flower industry a plus.
• Computer skills, good quantitative skills.
