Account Executive (Project Coordinator)

Role Overview:

We’re on the lookout for an Account Executive (Project Coordinator) with at least 1-2 years of experience working in a digital marketing agency. You’ll support senior project and account managers in coordinating client projects across SEO, digital ads (Google, Meta, etc.), and website development. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, resilient, and eager to learn and grow within the digital marketing world.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in planning, organizing, and executing digital marketing projects.

● Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Ads, Creative, Website, etc.) to ensure tasks are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

● Support client communications and help prepare reports, meeting notes, and status updates.

● Track project progress using tools like Asana, Everhour, Slack

● Monitor campaign performance and assist in basic data reporting (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).

● Anticipate issues or delays and help propose solutions quickly.

● Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.

● Weekly Report to Senior Project Manager

● Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

● Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

● Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.

● Prepare reports on account status and manage project coordination efficiently.

Requirements:

● Minimum 1-2 year of experience in a digital marketing agency environment.

● Solid understanding of SEO, digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and website projects.

● Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).

● Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.

● Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking skills.

● Tech-savvy and comfortable using project management and reporting tools.

● A team player with a growth mindset, able to adapt to change and keep cool under pressure.

● Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

● Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Nice to have:

● Proficiency in any additional language is a strong plus.

● Familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Meta Business Manager, or WordPress.
