Job description
As an Account Management, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our network of Vietnamese sellers on Alibaba.com, the world's leading B2B e-commerce platform. By combining your relationship-building skills with data analysis expertise, you'll develop targeted strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure a high seller renewal rate (the percentage of sellers who continue with us beyond their first year).
1. Channel Partner Management (70%)
• Track Channel Partner’s progress against key performance indicators. Renewal rate is the core focus with the objective to enhance sustainable customer retention.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, training to Channel Partner’s team members on the execution of action plans and development areas.
• Analyze and interpret data to get insights from different major categories, building and innovating models to define opportunities of Vietnamese sellers.
• Conduct regular offline and online visits to consult on in-service seller’s performance review, market research and business orientation on Alibaba.com, finding the root cause and pain points of sellers (if any).
• Prepare various and comprehensive reports for assigned sellers. Track and highlight unusual increases/decreases in buyer’s demand.
2. Project Management (30%)
• Learn insights of in-service seller's growth life-circle to adjust training content and arrange training program (weekly/monthly) to ensure seamless seller experience and contribute to successful orders of business.
• Support Seller Ops Team's Offline Activities to come up with solution focusing on cultivating mindset - skillset - toolset for Vietnamese sellers on developing their global business through Alibaba.com & equips them with cross border exporting knowledge and market (especially Verified Suppliers)
• Contribute to the success of boot camps and other seller events designed to enhance performance and seller satisfaction.
Job requirements
• Bachelor's degree in E-commerce/Economics, or a related field. 1-2 year experience is preferable, 4th year students and fresh graduates are also welcomed
• Strong interest in e-commerce with a desire to develop a long-term career in the field.
• Proven ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing situations, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented with a willingness to take on challenges.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated active listening skills, a consultative approach, and a focus on providing solutions.
* Nice to have:
• Advanced proficiency in Mandarin (HSK 4 or above).
