Job Description

* For the Sales team

- Extremely data oriented to motivate the team to reach their targets daily, weekly monthly
- Lead the sales team to acquire new merchants to be onboarded as Partner Merchants
- Plan and execute acquisition strategies for Hanoi
- Skilled negotiator when negotiating in the space of B2B
- Give recommendations and monitor development of our onboarding products that will help drive merchant onboarding satisfaction and quality metrics
- Guide and mentor a team of 6

* For the Account Management Team

- Lead and groom Account Managers, empowering them to enhance their skills so they can offer solutions that address our Partner Merchant pain points
- Act as the lead point of contact for all Partner Merchant matters, anticipate the merchant needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the merchant are met, and help the merchant succeed on Gojek GoFood
- Resolve Partner Merchant issues and complaints
- Plan and present reports on Partner Merchant progress, goals, and periodic initiatives to share with team leaders and peers on a regular basis
- Perform competitive intelligence to ensure our promotion has competitive differentiation for Partner Merchants on GoFood

Job Requirements

- Proven working experience in Account Management and/or Sales
- Hold a bachelor or master degree in marketing, management, or any other related fields
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple account projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Understanding technology, business, marketing and innovation
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in the organization
- Solid experience with office software, particularly MS Excel
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese - Local hire is a must!
