Manage and monitor customer’s account in ensuring that the transactions are processed efficiently, effectively, accurately and with utmost integrity.
Handles customer’s (both internally and externally) inquiries via online chat system and emails in providing relevant resolution to issue and escalate where necessary.
Support and coordinate other department’s initiative and projects in relation to customer’s account management.
Ensure all orders are processed in compliance with business rules, policies, procedures and regulations.
Communicate and maintain consistent, accurate, relevant information and functions on website.
Correspond and coordinate with vendors and IT for system related issues and resolution.
Validate and test compatibility of new offerings and system changes in relations to operation performances, transaction status, operational workflow etc.
Assist in market research in understanding customer’s expectation and competitor’s offerings to set service quality standard and for management’s decision.
Analyze historical transactions performance for process review and improvement.
Assist supervisor in investigation and facts finding for fraudulent/suspicious incidents.
Provide daily and monthly transnational reconciliation reports to finance.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
College/Bachelor Degree in any field.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in written & spoken Vietnamese and English. Chinese communication is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft applications.
Work location is in Makati City, Manila, Philippines.
Willing to work in a multi-cultural environment.
