FlexHR Vietnam is looking for an energetic and proactive Sales Account Manager.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand sales.
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers to establish business opportunities.
- Prepare and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support by working closely with other departments.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Provide regular reports on account status, sales progress, and territory growth.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and foster a team environment.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant field.
- Fluency in English or Chinese.
