JOB PURPOSE/ MỤC ĐÍCH CÔNG VIỆC
The Account Manager is responsible for selling products to customers, identifying and meeting customer needs, and maintaining strong business relationships to achieve revenue targets and growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH
- Achieve sales growth and meet revenue targets.
- Deliver high customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication between customers and internal teams.
- Support product development efforts based on customer needs.
- Lead and develop team members, if applicable.
Sales & Customer Engagement
• Sell products through direct customer meetings and email presentations.
• Proactively send product presentations and proposals to customers.
• Prepare product photo offers and coordinate with relevant departments to complete initial price calculations.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term collaboration and repeat business.
Customer Meeting & Coordination
• Handle customer meetings, ensuring all details and requirements are captured accurately.
• Prepare company profiles and reference information to support management in pricing decisions.
• Ensure customer requirements are effectively communicated to relevant internal departments.
• Address customer complaints and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
Product Development & Market Research
• Research market trends and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to develop products that align with customer needs.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of new product developments.
Performance & Team Management
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through responsive service and proactive problem-solving.
• If applicable, lead, motivate, and develop the team under your supervision to enhance overall performance.
Yêu cầu công việc
JOBHOLDER REQUIREMENTS
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales, account management, or customer relations, preferably in furniture and home décor business.
• Skills:
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in product development coordination is a plus.
