Job Description
Responsible for growing BAEMIN by building merchant partner’s business.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
1/ Account management:
Developing a solid and trusting relationship between merchants and company;
Operates as the point of contact for assigned merchants;
Forecasting and planning targets and strategies;
Developing co-joint businesses with restaurants;
Building and maintaining a profitable and long-term relationship with restaurants;
Identifying market opportunities and competitors' intelligence;
Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing merchants;
Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior;
Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes;
Responsible for keeping current merchants satisfied and delivering exceptional services on a day-to-day basis.
2/ Team management:
Responsible for the day-to-day activities and guidance of team members;
Responsible for setting targets, implement guidelines, and assist with any issues of the team;
Solving emerged problems of teams and others when needed;
Ensure that all members understand the team’s objectives and work together to achieve it.
3/Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Job Requirements
- 3+ year managerial experience as the Sales/Account Manager or equivalent positions;
- Critical thinking;
- Team management;
- Analytical skill;
- Effective communication;
- Self-motivated and self-directed;
- Integrity, ambitious, self-disciplined, high responsibility, result-oriented.
