We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to join our team in the industrial/manufacturing sector. This role is home-based and requires a professional with a strong focus on client relationship management and sales growth.
Description
As an Account Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
* Managing and developing relationships with key clients within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
* Identifying new business opportunities to drive sales growth in Vietnam.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
* Preparing and delivering proposals, presentations, and reports to clients and stakeholders.
* Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
* Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve agreed targets and objectives.
* Providing regular updates and feedback to management on sales performance and client needs.
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in all activities.
Profile
A successful Account Manager should have:
* Proven minimum 5-10 years experience in sales or account management within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
* A bachelor's degree in material sciences, chemical engineering or related fields.
* Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus
* Strong communication and negotiation skills to build lasting client relationships.
* A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
* Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
* Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
