Account Manager (China Service)

• Developing and expanding a network of Chinese clients and business partners in agricultural import and export related services
持续拓展中国客户及合作伙伴网络,推动农产品进出口相关业务发展。
• Acting as the main contact point to maintain and grow long term partnerships with existing Chinese clients
担任核心联系人,负责维护并拓展与现有中国客户的长期合作
• Receiving client requirements and providing integrated solutions including
• Agricultural trading (import – export)
• Logistics services (documentation; customs clearance)
• Traceability technology and integrated solutions when applicable
负责接收客户需求,并提供一体化解决方案,包括:
• 农产品贸易(进出口)
• 物流服务(单证处理,清关)
• 在适用情况下,提供溯源技术及综合解决方案
• Leading negotiations on commercial terms pricing service scope cooperation conditions and framework agreements
主导商务谈判包括价格,服务内容,合作条件及框架协议
• Coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure on time execution and compliance with Vietnam China regulations
与内部团队紧密协作,确保执行进度及中越进出口合规
• Monitoring contract execution and resolving issues and complaints professionally
跟进合同执行,专业处理问题及客户投诉
• Research the Chinese market and stay updated on policies quotas and trends
研究中国市场并跟进政策,配额及趋势
• Participate in building and standardizing business processes

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS- 任职要求
Experience- 工作经验
• Minimum of five years of experience in International Sales Import Export or Trade Services
至少五年国际业务,进出口或贸易服务相关经验
• Strong preference for candidates with experience working with the China market Chinese clients or Chinese state owned enterprises
优先考虑具有中国市场,中国客户或中国国有企业合作经验的候选人
• Background in agricultural products is an advantage
具备农产品行业背景者优先
Professional Knowledge - 专业知识
• Solid understanding of Vietnam China import - export operations
熟悉中越进出口业务流程
• Knowledge of logistics Incoterms and international payment methods such as LC and TT
掌握物流 Incoterms 及国际结算方式如信用证和电汇
• Strong service mindset and ability to design end to end solutions for clients
具备服务型思维并能为客户设计整体解决方案
Language Skills - 语言能力
• Proficient in Chinese including listening speaking reading and writing
中文听说读写能力熟练
• English proficiency is a plus
具备英语能力者优先
Soft Skills- 综合能力
• Strong communication negotiation and relationship building skills
具备良好的沟通,谈判及客户关系建立能力
• Proactive flexible and able to work under pressure and targets
